The door comes with top mounted track (no bottom track as the design is to keep the floor clear) and all other hardwares needed to install the door. A knob is also included.
This door is prefinished and no need for painting.
The price is for a set of doors instead of 1 slab. So if you purchase a 24''/30''/36'' wide door, you will receive 2 door panels to be folded (12''/15''/18'' for each panel). If you purchase a 48''/60''/72'' wide door, your will receive 4 door panels to be folded (12''/15''/18'' for each panel)
Yes, the doors can be installed to open either way that works for your space
It's not recommended. But the door can be trimmed 0.4'' at most from both top and/ or bottom side.
