In Package 1: You will receive a high-quality door panel without pre-drilled holes. This allows for customization of the handle position and type according to your preferences. In Package 2: This includes a door jamb set with three pre-installed hinges. Unlike other options, our hinges come pre-installed, saving you time and eliminating the need for DIY drilling. No need to route hinges, you can directly screw it to the door slab. If you need to install a door handle, you will need to drill the holes in advance.

What does this limited warranty cover?

All hardware: We have strong confidence in all of our hardware and provide a 5-year full warranty on all hardware (worn-out finishes are not included). If a warranty claim is confirmed, we will send a brand new replacement hardware free of charge.
All doors: We offer a limited warranty of one year to cover defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover (a) improper use; (b) failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) normal wear and tear; or (f) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Please inspect your product carefully before installation. This limited warranty does not cover any costs associated with return shipping, installation, or de-installation. These costs include, but are not limited to, contractor or installer time, travel, or transportation of the product for any reason.

We have taken great care in designing and constructing our products, ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Manufacturer Defect

Arrived Damaged or Missing Parts

It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Please take a photo of damaged parts or missing parts and send to email info@arkdesignhome.com . We will offer a solution within 24 business hour free of charge.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you need to return or exchange your order, please notify us via email at info@arkdesignhome.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.

Customer designed custom projects cannot be returned. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy.
A returned product must be in a re-sellable condition to receive a full credit. We expect the same level of quality in returned products as we provide in our delivered products. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full credit. Please ensure to take a photo of the returned item intact before you deliver to the carrier.
Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Can these doors be installed as french doors?

Yes, but they need to order the double doors.

Can this be used as an interior door?

It can be used as an interior door, pocket door, or even a barn door depending on your needs (door slab only, no hardware included).

misery in multiple boxes

door slab - initially came with all 5 windows in a shitton of pieces. Getting replacement was ok - easy enough, took some time to get it, but now i have an extra door slab and a bajillion little pieces of glass i have to get rid of. Replacement door made it safely, doesn't have any markings on hinge placement.

instructions - entirely vague and lacking. A "pro-tip" tells you install the hinges with a .8" offset to account for the top of the jamb... you know, cuz all professionals use tap measures with a 4/5" measurement.

Jamb kit - crappy mdf. plus, it's a universal fit for any number of door sizes. plus, fun fact - the markings on the top jamb match up with who the eff knows what. assembly with nail gun seems straightforward, but nothing's square. This, plus their easy cut top jamb issues leads one to assemble the quick and easy jamb only to find that it does not fit the opening... and boy are nail gun brads and mdf fun to deal with when you need to disassemble so that you can cut/reassemble.

so, you end up with marred jambs out of square, a strained marriage, and the comfort knowing that your kid definitely knows all the best words.

So, skip the "easy" diy promises and hire a local carpenter first.
