This limited warranty only applies to the customer who originally purchased the product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product.

What does this limited warranty cover?

All hardware: We have strong confidence in all of our hardware and provide a 5-year full warranty on all hardware (worn-out finishes are not included). If a warranty claim is confirmed, we will send a brand new replacement hardware free of charge.
All doors: We offer a limited warranty of one year to cover defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover (a) improper use; (b) failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) normal wear and tear; or (f) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Please inspect your product carefully before installation. This limited warranty does not cover any costs associated with return shipping, installation, or de-installation. These costs include, but are not limited to, contractor or installer time, travel, or transportation of the product for any reason.

We have taken great care in designing and constructing our products, ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, there may be situations that require you to change or return a product, which we will handle accordingly as below

Manufacturer Defect

Please send detailed pictures of the defective parts to info@arkdesignhome.com . Once we confirm the defect, we will send a new product or replacement parts free of charge.

Arrived Damaged or Missing Parts

It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Please take a photo of damaged parts or missing parts and send to email info@arkdesignhome.com . We will offer a solution within 24 business hour free of charge.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you need to return or exchange your order, please notify us via email at info@arkdesignhome.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.

Customer designed custom projects cannot be returned. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy.
A returned product must be in a re-sellable condition to receive a full credit. We expect the same level of quality in returned products as we provide in our delivered products. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full credit. Please ensure to take a photo of the returned item intact before you deliver to the carrier.
Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Can these doors be installed as double barn doors?

Yes, please choose the double doors option in size and we will send the rail joint for you.

Can I trim the door?

Yes, for top rails 25/64 in. (10mm), for bottom rails 25/32 in. (20mm), for left/right 1/2 in. We strongly recommend applying paint to the trimmed area afterward to ensure the durability.

Can I paint the door?

Yes, before painting, sand the surface with fine sandpaper and then paint with water-based paint or lacquer for better adhesion.

Can I use it as bathroom door?

Yes, the triple-coated surface is water-resistant.
