What does this limited warranty cover?

All hardware: We have strong confidence in all of our hardware and provide a 5-year full warranty on all hardware (worn-out finishes are not included). If a warranty claim is confirmed, we will send a brand new replacement hardware free of charge.
All doors: We offer a limited warranty of one year to cover defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover (a) improper use; (b) failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) normal wear and tear; or (f) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Please inspect your product carefully before installation. This limited warranty does not cover any costs associated with return shipping, installation, or de-installation. These costs include, but are not limited to, contractor or installer time, travel, or transportation of the product for any reason.

We have taken great care in designing and constructing our products, ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Manufacturer Defect

Arrived Damaged or Missing Parts

It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Please take a photo of damaged parts or missing parts and send to email info@arkdesignhome.com . We will offer a solution within 24 business hour free of charge.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you need to return or exchange your order, please notify us via email at info@arkdesignhome.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.

Customer designed custom projects cannot be returned. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy.
A returned product must be in a re-sellable condition to receive a full credit. We expect the same level of quality in returned products as we provide in our delivered products. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full credit. Please ensure to take a photo of the returned item intact before you deliver to the carrier.
Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

The door panels can be trimmed by 0.5" on the top and 0.5" on the bottom (1" total) to fit your opening. After trimming, it is recommended to sand and stain the cut edges to extend the longevity of the doors.

Can I trim the door?

Yes, The cutting range for this panel allows for 0.43 inches (11mm) cuts from the top and bottom, and 1 inch (25.4mm) from the left and right sides. We strongly recommend applying paint to the trimmed area afterward to ensure the durability.

Can I paint the door?

Yes, while we don't recommend it. Ark Design pine wood collection and white MDF collection is designed to be DIY painted.

Can I use it as bathroom door?

Yes, the pvc surface is water-resistant.

Great products, great customer service etc. Through no fault of Ark Design, their shipper UPS' driver stole one of the door slabs!! 5 were delivered, one he said was on the back of the truck so he'd be back in an hour to deliver it - never came back but he scanned he had delivered all 6... Like an idiot I gave him a $20 tip thinking he'd be back. Boycotting UPS delivery service from now on and telling everyone to do the same! This pos is so stupid (this is his regular route) everyone in our hood is now on the lookout for him. When I see him, whether it's next week or a month from now, he will be getting a piece of my mind. He's a thief. Had to replace all interior doors due to damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Ark is going to replace the stolen door slab - I hope they don't use UPS.
