This limited warranty only applies to the customer who originally purchased the product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product.

What does this limited warranty cover?

All hardware: We have strong confidence in all of our hardware and provide a 5-year full warranty on all hardware (worn-out finishes are not included). If a warranty claim is confirmed, we will send a brand new replacement hardware free of charge.
All doors: We offer a limited warranty of one year to cover defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover (a) improper use; (b) failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) normal wear and tear; or (f) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

Note: Please inspect your product carefully before installation. This limited warranty does not cover any costs associated with return shipping, installation, or de-installation. These costs include, but are not limited to, contractor or installer time, travel, or transportation of the product for any reason.

Manufacturer Defect

Arrived Damaged or Missing Parts

It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Please take a photo of damaged parts or missing parts and send to email info@arkdesignhome.com . We will offer a solution within 24 business hour free of charge.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you need to return or exchange your order, please notify us via email at info@arkdesignhome.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.

Customer designed custom projects cannot be returned. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy.
A returned product must be in a re-sellable condition to receive a full credit. We expect the same level of quality in returned products as we provide in our delivered products. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full credit. Please ensure to take a photo of the returned item intact before you deliver to the carrier.
Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

FAQ

Does it come in as 1 door or 1 pair of door?

Our product is sold as a door set, which includes 2 doors, a full hardware set, and an instruction manual. We do not sell single door panels.

What’s included in the hardware? Does the door has bottom track?

The package includes a full hardware set, but the handle or lock is not included. The door is equipped with only a top track, and a bottom floor guide to prevent two doors from swinging. Our hardware can keep your floor clear without causing any damage.

Is the glass obscure?

The glass is frosted so you cannot see through. All your clothing cannot be seen through the glass and your privacy will be protected

My opening is smaller than standard width, can I still use your closet door?

We provide 2 panel of 25’’/31’’ for 48’’ and 60’’ opening and 2 doors will overlap a little bit when fully closed. Based on our experience our door works well if opening is between 42’’-48’’ for Size 48’’ and 54’’-60’’ for Size 60’’. The top track can be trimmed easily with a saw

Can the door be painted?

No, the door is prefinished with a PVC surface. It’s ready to use and can’t be painted

Is this door in a prehung frame

No, the frame is not included.

Can the track be cut/shortened for a 46" closet?

The solution can be applied to a 46'' closet. You only need to trim 2'' off the track, and the overlap between the two door panels will increase from 1'' to 3''. This will not affect the functionality or the aesthetic appearance of the doors.
