Warranty

Products warrantied against manufacturing defects for up to Three Months from the purchase date.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

if a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement product will be supplied. The scope of the warranty is limited to replacing the product and does not include labor required to install, repair or deliver, or any costs related to removing the existing product. This warranty is void in the event that the product is damaged in transit or if damage or failure is caused by abuse, misuse, storage of products in an improper environment, abnormal usage, faulty installation, failure to follow installation instructions, damage in an accident, improper maintenance, or any repair. We reserve the right to inspect any claim prior to issuing credit

Photos of damaged products are required to initiate a warranty-related request.

Refunds or Return

Please do NOT destroy or dispose of the crate your door is shipped in until you are completely satisfied with your product.

  • Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order (please email us at info@arkdesignhome.com). Custom projects cannot be returned. Returns are 100% credited to your account for future use on Ark Design’s products.
  • All returned products should be in new condition for a 100% credit to your account (including packaging). Just as you expect a quality product to be delivered to you, we expect the same product returned. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full 100% refund. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
  • Please do NOT destroy or dispose of the crate your product is shipped to until you are completely satisfied with your products. A crate would be needed for your return. Should you choose we can send a crate for $200.
  • Return shipping and/or Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders and Missing Items

It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival

Any damage from shipping, including concealed damage, must be reported to ARK Design with pictures via email to info@arkdesignhome.com within 2 business days of receiving your product in order for a shipping claim to be processed

Please notify us of missing items within the first 2 business days of receiving your product.
